Z57 presents This yard needs some TLC

Z57 doesn't know who takes care of this yard, but it could definitely use some grass seed, fertilizer, and water! Eric Litvin thinks Z57 is too picky sometimes though would gladly let them take care of his yard! Haha! Eric would have no complaints then! Are you picky when it comes to gardening and landscaping?
